LiDAR-guided 4-D Gaussian Splatting

I developed a way to combine phone LiDAR with Gaussian splatting for detailed 3D reconstruction, which has potential applications in AR/VR and biomedical imaging.

  • Zero-G DNA Folding – Partnering with MIT Media Lab and UW Husky Satellite Lab to send an experiment on a Blue Origin flight to study DNA origami folding in zero gravity.
  • BioCycle Reactor – Designed a biodiesel reactor mechanism using physics-informed neural networks.
  • DNAnalyzer – Created an open-source, privacy-first genomic analysis app that runs on your phone using Core ML.
